For the past 8 years, I’ve been designing products that have to work in the real world - from healthcare and fintech to consumer technology, AI, and crowdfunding.

I’ve worked across the entire spectrum of product design: shaping 0→1 products, simplifying complex workflows, building design systems, running research, defining product experiences, and leading teams through the messy middle between an idea and something people actually use.

At 2070 Health, I work across AI-first healthcare products, designing experiences for patients, clinicians, and care teams. Before that, I led design teams and product initiatives at Tata 1mg, Ketto, MakeO and Toothsi, working on products used by hundreds of thousands of people.

The industries have changed. The problems have changed. The users have changed.

The approach hasn’t: understand the problem deeply, make the complexity disappear, and obsess over the details that make the experience feel right.
